Hello. I have restarted MFP in September. Since my first pregnancy in 1998 I have had weight issues. That was 25 years ago. Now I have menopause and it compounds the issues along with any aging related problems like arthritis and injuries. So I don’t want to move as much. And this also adds to my weight. I too am learning about this App. I was on here back in 2011 but didn’t stay on it. Was on Noom for 5 years. But jumped ship from there recently. I am hoping to get better results and hopefully do better for my body and not just a way to lose weight but figure out what my body needs. Maybe we can support each other?
