  • I too am learning about this App. I was on here back in 2011 but didn’t stay on it. Was on Noom for 5 years. But jumped ship from there recently. I am hoping to get better results and hopefully do better for my body and not just a way to lose weight but figure out what my body needs. Maybe we can support each other?
