Burger King. Had it instead of McDonalds. Got a Hersheys pie, a diet coke and half of two burgers. A whopper and Hawaiian Chicken burger.

I really want to try the Christmas drinks at Starbucks. Unfortunately it's too expensive to try all of them and they seem to bring out different ones each year.

My grandmother accused one of my friends of having an eating disorder. I don't think she ever forgave me for that. Her whole family was thin and active though, it may have been more a case of not liking food or even just genetics.

Trying to figure out what to do with my day. I've done enough exercise, but I have blocked ears and feel tired, but too pumped on coffee to sleep. I don't really feel like doing anything. I want to go to church but have been sick for weeks. Hopefully I'll be back by next week.

My dad said my stomach looks leaner, which it didn't to me, until I looked down and could see my feet more easily!

My starting point was 126kg, I am now 108kg, old goal weight was 60kg, now it's 77kg. I am 5'10. I'm losing from above the healthy weight range.

Change your snacks, and stop eating so many dates! I also made a new account and made sure all the food entries I was logging were accurate.

Similar start weight to me, now I'm 108kg. If I were you, I would look at what I was binging on, and find healthier alternatives that are just as tasty. Then I would have one less item to binge on during my binge spree. Then I would try to go one day without binging, for example, if you binge seven days a week, try binging…
