Wow! Congratulations! I’ve been tracking macros and working out for a while now. I just started eating my body weight in grams of protein, though. Also on day 3 of 75 hard. Even though I work out, my body is already cramping from the 2 45min workouts a day haha. I’m pushing through! You should be super proud of yourself🥰…
