Hi all - Sorry, I’ve been MIA. I’m in SoCal with my daughter looking at colleges, and we had Snowmageddon in Colorado as I was leaving. (Had to change my flights to avoid it!) I’ll be more active this next week. Can’t wait to get back home and pick up my dumbbells again. (Although, I’ve been doing a ton of walking!)

You’re absolutely right. I really should pack more food. I usually pack enough of my powder supplements (protein, collagen, fiber & creatine) to get through a single day, but I could absolutely come up with a better travel system for those. @ljdanny You actually get some nice steps in there. The only way I get those numbers is by going for an intentional walk. I bet you’re constantly moving, fidgeting, etc… even when you aren’t walking.
