I read a book that made sense to me, that what types of macros and how much corresponds to our body type. I'm very carbohydrate sensitive and thrive with more protein. I just look at the pie chart for the day-half the chart should be fat calories, one quarter carbs, one quarter protein. But that is me. I love that this app…
