  • There’s no magic drink but I highly recommend just to Replace any sugary drinks with water! I shoot for 1 gallon a day and it made a huge difference.
  • I like to walk barefoot for “grounding” but I’ve never tried running. Does that not hurt your feet?!

  • I’m a wishful runner.. I can do up to 5mi at a time, but never really attempted more than that! I do run 3-4miles daily.
  • Use more than one method of measurement. The scale is a good one of course, but that doesn’t capture all progress! Measure and track inches lost, take progress pictures, etc to capture the whole picture. Don’t be discouraged!
