Understanding “Net Calories”
I’m just trying to make sure I am understanding net cals correctly.. If I consumed 1400 cals then after my exercise my net cals says 400.. does that mean I am in a 1000cal deficit for the day? Hello! I’m new here.. I’m a 34yr old mom of 5 trying to lose 30-40lbs. Scale number is just a “guesstimate” of what my goal is, because I’m lifting and running and I know muscle gain can affect the numbers. If anyone has tips on what the macro ratio should be to lose fat, I’m all ears!!
