Hello! I’m new here..
I’m a 34yr old mom of 5 trying to lose 30-40lbs. Scale number is just a “guesstimate” of what my goal is, because I’m lifting and running and I know muscle gain can affect the numbers.
If anyone has tips on what the macro ratio should be to lose fat, I’m all ears!!
