  • Thank you! I also use a plant-based protein (Orgain). So no to the berries? I thought we were supposed to eat fruit? I’m def gonna cut out the banana and make some chia pudding tonight for lunch tomorrow. Thanks for the feedback, and yes, I’m scared to eat more.
  • @potasha I eat plain Greek yogurt daily with mixed raspberries and blueberries, a protein shake for breakfast with a banana, and a protein and veggie for dinner. Snacks are either mixed nuts or string cheese.

Starting this challenge because I am almost exactly at the same weight I was one year ago, even with a lot of consistency in tracking and movement.
