Welcome, doing that 1% extra each day adds up, be it walk that bit further, or finding that time to get in that extra workout of exercise session.

Never had it reliably transfer activity to manually so I manually add the data into mfp. Unless it’s a gym session then I add the whole work out in to mfp as I will do the same sessions for 4-6 weeks

Gym session today this was my work out, not including a 10 minutes run, and 7 minutes stretch cool down

Pre-plan meals and then review nutrition to see where deficits are, the importance of water (even no sugar flavoured water)
