Hello bnyounger. Me too. New here also. Taught for a long time, retired, bored, worked at local hospital thru covid til they eliminated my job. So more inactive than I'd like. Need knee surgery but insurance says my bmi needs to lower. So hit me up and maybe we can motivate each other
