When I'm hungry, I either drink water (a glass or two), have coffee (black), eat fruit or if its late at night just go to bed and read a book or try and get some sleep. It's so tough sometimes but after a few days your body can adapt and won't be as hungry.

I weighed about 116lbs when I was in secondary school (so when I was 16) When i was 17 I probably got to like 132 lbs. Then at 19 I got to my biggest weight of 158lbs. I'm 5ft 2. (Probably like 4ft 11 now... sucks as you age you shrink in size lol) and I have hips, all my weight goes to my hips so unfortunately I canβ¦

I'm 5ft and weigh 121lbs now but at my biggest I was 158lbs, if you want you can always add me and we can have a chat about the weight gain and I can always help π. Unfortunately I'm not sure what that shot is about so not too sure what changes could of happened regarding it!

Oh don't I know that, I used to do my scones the Devon way too when I lived in Cornwall. Now that was the ultimate betrayal! I'm not Cornish, just lived there. Gets worse doesn't it!

My final straw was when I recently became single and had nothing better to do than to just walk for hours. Once I started losing the weight I realised my body wasn't hurting me as much anymore! (I'm only 5ft π ). 2nd time round was after having my child. I didn't want to be the overweight mum, so really tried to push it andβ¦
