  • Hi 👋 I am new and in the same boat. Picky eater with texture issues. My doctor recommended this app at my last visit. Good luck to you! I was told to aim for 2,100 calories a day and eat high fat foods. Avocado, olive oil adds good fats. I have also been having oreo milkshakes with dinner when I need the extra calories 😋
