This was pretty much my daily routine for this week, Sunday is the day I rest though so I guess my work out was a couple of flight of stairs...oh and a few sets of pushups during the morning. :) 3 sets 10 reps Pushups + bands 20 Sit-ups + 3m Kettle bell squats n goblets **** 15m l5 (cycling) 90kg pulls 32/44 benching 40kgā¦
