GW: 175 lbs LW: 282 lbs Weigh In for Dec 29, 2023: 285 lbs I am sick again (I caught a cold for Thanksgiving followed by ear/throat infection and now another something). Along with the snow and cold I won't be exersizing much. I hope I can stick to my diet.
