I always thought you had to eat an appropriate amount of protein to build muscle. protein is important.

Im new at this so be patient. Whole foods are a great way to start weight loss. be sure to get all of the protein you need. 100 grams a day is a good goal. I feel way better since I gave up soda, alcohol, except on special occasions, and regulated sugar and salt. eating well today prevents a load of trouble for tomorrow.…
