Starting healthy habits now so 2024 will be my year to get fit. So starting weight in Dec: 193 lbs. Goal by end of Dec 187 lbs. Dec 10: 189! Looks like i should adjust my end of month goal to 183. But the beginning of health kicks always is the best weight lose. Cutting out most sugar and junk last 3 shifts at work helped.…
