I lost 100lbs over last year as I was told I had to lose a lot of weight before I could have a needed surgery.Im a paraplegic so has made it more difficult but not impossible.I would like to lose another 50lbs over next 6 months. Congrats to you this is hard work and definitely lots of determination.
