Happy New Year. Thanks for doing this. Never attempted this before Chad 57 yo. was 173.4 on december 12th at 5' 6.5" currently this am 165.5 lowest in the past was 153 but that was after surgery trying no alcohol and trying not to snack after dinner hopefully I can finally stick it out. 100 day goal is 150
