I do think it’s normal to have some gain a year after but I’m keen not to keeping gaining now 😊 I’ve upped my exercise and I’m trying to stick to 3 healthy meals a day and healthy snacks as I do feel hungry in between but I’m finding it hard to stay away from unhealthy snacks, mainly crisps…
