Cheers, you're right they are not very intense, my walks are more intense lol. But was curious how they could be added and if it was worth it...thanks for the info and the advice. :)

Good to know....I've always had leg health issues since my 20s, but for now doing walking and going to PT to battle the core/leg weakness that is affecting my back. And yes I can already feel the difference in a few things already. But thanks for the advice I really appreciate it! :)

I've been tracking everything besides the usually one day a week I drink...I count all my food that day but not the alcohol.

Not sure if I've posted here before I've been using the app since January 1st and so far have logged in everyday. Have lost around 15 pounds when last weighed in late January (do not have nor can aquire a scale), but have been changing my eating habits and using the app every day. Hello and good luck to all!
