I use that site and have based my calories off that, I am currently eating 2000 calories, which is 400 below my TDEE. Everywhere I read states its safe to lose up to 3.8 kilos a month, and my goal is below that. 😁

Those numbers are too low. Even my older daughter who is 120lbs her BMR is higher (1500 calories) based on minimal activity. Where did you calculate your numbers from? I second everyone else that a therapist and a dietitian would be the best support you need right now. You can work on what drives you to binge. Instead of focusing on what you are removing from your diet perhaps change the focus on what you are adding into your diet? If you need a friend feel free to contact me.

Thankyou so much for saying that. People are so quick to blame carbs. Yet they won't blame the excessive food, fast food, too many snacks, all the soda, lack of exercise. When I was Italy for 3 months, we ate carbs, we were very active,I lost 10 kilos.
