  • When you say tracking are you guesstimating or actually weighing everything? If you aren’t weighing I guarantee you are taking in more calories then you think you are.
  • Pretty much the same “journey” I’m on myself. I want to be fit and healthy when I’m 40 to try and stop/reverse that middle age/post kids downside I’m on before I’m too far gone and it’s way way way harder 😬
