100 miles in feb for me.. this won’t be easy for me I rarely leave the house and have a couple of medical issues that hinders my mobility in a big way but it’s for cancer research so I’m going to try my best 👍

Sugar free gum or drinks are good for tricking your brain into thinking you’ve had sugar, find sugar free replacements. you are better to completely quit anything sugary or adding it to anything. After a week you will be fine.
