Here is a list of foods for those that are interested in watching your sugar intake for the month of April.

Anybody else always try to start off new health habits on a Monday or 1st of the month? That's me. Good news, this Monday is the 1st. No excuses. As previously posted the other day, the 1st starts a no sugar challenge for me and glad that there are other people to join with other challenges. Please let's keep in…

@SparkSpringtime69 I am open to any type of challenge. I would just like to have a place where we can support each other regardless of what it is. I know we are all in different places with our health. I'm not ready to give up N/A beer yet so wanted to focus on another weak area of my life. I have given up alcohol which is…

@Womona Thank you for the recommendation. That will be helpful. It will be nice to have someone to share experiences with doing the challenge.

Is anybody doing a 30 day challenge for April? (besides less alcohol) I feel the urge to do something. I've got the no alcohol going on already. Thinking of avoiding added sugar/sweets. Cutting alcohol definitely causes sugar cravings. I so want to quit having those cravings. Hopefully, I can get a plan in place by the…

I will be so glad when my college class is over. I'm on my last one. It's an 8 week online class...ethics. It is brutal. I'd rather go back and take my accounting classes over. I will finally get my degree. Woohoo. May 10 I will be done forever. N/A beer has been my friend for the past 51 days. That's how long I've been AF.

Thank you for continuing this thread. So looking forward to a full month of no alcohol. I officially started Feb. 4 and made it through the month. I've been drinking off and on for the past 20 years and am so done with it. I gained so much weight and borderline diabetic and close to having HBP. I am sleeping so much better…

It looks like a lot of success for the month of February. I officially started Feb.4 with no alcohol and made it the rest of the month. I did drink non alcohol beers which helped tremendously. I'll eventually quit drinking those too. Sparkling water with lime seems to do the trick too. Wishing everybody a successful March.…

I really appreciate all the time and effort that was put into collecting all the info for this group. Lots of great info. It is definitely more doable to succeed quitting alcohol when you have help from others. So thankful to have found this group. Everybody is so kind and not ashamed to share moments of weakness. Do y'all…

While it may look like I'm a newbie to MFP, I am not. I deleted my acct a few weeks ago. I want to do a reset just like I'm doing a reset with quitting alcohol. I had been a member for many years and did a few challenges that Spark people brought over, but was never consistent. When I first joined, I was crushing it, but…

I know this is kinda late, but if you live near a Total Wine and More they have oodles of n/a beer, wine, and spirits. Amazon has quite a selection as well.
