I tried switching to Firefox when it was happening in Chrome - same error. I haven't seen it in a bit now though. Maybe it's fixed.

I tried to add you but kept getting a message saying "invalid username"

I'm pretty sure the problem was on the MFP side - some of my friends on here were having the same problem. I tried a bunch of things - removed extensions, tried a different browser, restarted computer, restarted modem. None of those things helped. The issue seems to be fixed this morning so I guess we'll see.

I opened a ticket a few days ago - still having the problem and I'm hearing that others are too. I haven't heard anything from support.

Thank you - I opened a support ticket

It's probably not a problem for me as I think about it - and I don't go way over on sodium each day. Looking at the 30 day report I'm over some days, under others. I guess that's one of the problems of having so much data - not all of it demands a response. Thanks for your reasonable answer.

I started taking Magnesium oxide after reading a study about Magnesium supplementation reducing inflammation markers - I have a fair bit of osteoarthritis. The Magnesium seemed to help. Later a doctor told me that Magnesium Citrate is 8 times more bioavailable than the oxide. The citrate is not as easy to find but I…

That's what I'm doing now - I'm all over the place through the week depending on how much water I'm retaining etc. I'm in a group where we log our weight once a week - I'm going to stick with that and just record my weight on Monday morning.
-
I like weighing every day just to keep an eye on it but I don't think I want to keep a record of it. I think I'm going to go back to just entering my weight in MFP once a week on Monday.

The ride did show up the following day combined with my walk that day into a single entry. I just didn't understand how the process worked when you did two workouts - now I know
-
Maybe I'm confused - I am seeing the bike rides showing up in my exercise tab but I don't see the ride showing up in my status - maybe I'm just not looking at it right.
-
@springlering62 yesterday's bike ride showed up in my status combined with one of the walks - not sure if it was yesterday's or today's walk. It's confusing because then it looks like I did a bike ride fairly early this morning.
-
The second workout showed up the next day rolled up with the earlier walk. One of the other members told me that this is how MFP handles multiple workouts in the same day.

Hi I'm Jay from Ohio. I've been on MFP for two weeks and really like support so far. Please add me if you like.

I have a ready made grateful list in my head that I run through pretty regularly. For me gratitude is much more of a habit than a feeling - although the habit has helped me feel grateful more of the time.

In 1997 I started doing a lot of long distance bicycling and went from 195 pounds to 180. Since then I've been up as high as 260. If I could be any weight at all I would go back to that 180. My goal is 190 - probably more realistic since I'm in my sixties not 40 like I was that year.

@springlering62 Thanks - super helpful. I am on iOS and I use the website on a laptop a lot too. It's a little confusing because the app and site are somewhat different from each other.

Thank You!

I get really excited when I can take in another notch on my belt.

I went ahead and added a pic to my weigh-in in the app.
-
Thanks! I think I saw that link when I recorded my last weigh-in
-
@springlering62 Thanks!
-
Thank you! I took a look at it - is there any way to "join" it so it shows up in your groups menu?
-
@mtaratoot Thanks! I will definitely check out your group.

@henridw2095 thanks so much! I sent a request to join the challenge group.
