Helllo! I’m coming into this late but have been on a weight loss journey. My goal weight - 146 lbs I’m about 8 lb away. Although these days I’m scared to check my weight :)- the big challenge I have is to keep it off. The more weight we lose the harder it is getting. Thanks Sri.

Hi all , I have the free version of MyFitnessPal— I’m pre diabetic- so I would love to join in this challenge to lose 10 more lbs— I have lost 8 lbs or so but the holidays weren’t kind :) so hoping to get back on wagon. Love this challenge.
