If you find you need to limit fats, you can always look at 0% or 2% versions. 0% Greek yogurt is still very creamy and tasty. But I still splurge on my regular havarti. Mostly eating healthy fats like olive oil otherwise.

Dave's Powerseed toast with Just Egg patty (no cholesterol and has good egg-like texture) and a piece of havarti. (20g carbs). Sometimes just a bit of butter instead of the cheese. If I add a pear, that adds 21 carbs, but my daily limit is about 110-115.
