  • Samesies! I started 10 days ago on a 1850 caloric intake and gained only 1lb… I have no idea what body type I am but whatever a 12 year old Swedish boy is my type? Lol sadly I’m a girl.

  • Thanks Spin!! I’m having a really hard time hitting the 2000 calories a day and in particular the protein requirement of 150 seems like so much!!! Any advice?

  • Add me too! This whole thing is a whirlwind to me!! I’ve always been into healthy living and clean eating but now I’m trying to gain weight and the last couple days I’m just getting my feet wet. Any suggestions from y'all on breakfast ideas? Been eating oatmeal with cacao nibs, ghee and fresh dates.. yum but bored lol
