Decluttering is a forever process. Not sure 56 days just doing that would get to the bottom of my stuff. Been tidying the garage again, all morning to make room for two lawnmowers and my car and the lawnmowers are sorted but the car won’t see inside till at least tomorrow.

Friday and Saturday mornings I worked hard in the front garden and made it winter ready, lifted all the busy lizzies because they’ll wither soon as it gets colder and all the roses because they need too much attention and have hydrangea cuttings growing in the greenhouse to fill up the spaces in the spring to give all year…

This the topic for me! I eat mindlessly when I’m stressed I’m bored I’m overtired My body says just have an easy day but it’s dry and sunny and there are things I could be doing! When the weather is dreich I start off well with a preplanned, calorie counted food plan for the day, someone drops in unexpectedly so I make a…

I’m hoping to be able to do more but for personal reasons I’m going for a manageable 30 minutes mainly cardio walking outside when it’s dry and Jessica Smith videos doing her strength and cardio video when it’s wet. Thinking of challenging myself to do squats every day, starting with just 10 and building on that each week.

Good morning @nettie981 Welcome to weight no more. Good luck with your goals.

I’m ecstatic to say that for the first time in months I’m tired out because I’ve worked hard all day, and not just totally fatigued from doing just a little. It’s been a long haul but I’m getting back to a more normal me

@daria0919 some days are tough and the stiff upper lip folk just don’t understand. You have to be there to understand the pain. Lost mum last year and some days are still hell

Activity #3 meal planning. I’ve tried weight watchers, Rosemary Connolly, and other faddy diets and they all work BUT They are all restrictive and therefore unsustainable. For nearly all of my life my mum did all the cooking, using 1950’s eating recipes because that’s what she started her married life with, when both money…

@Dianedoessmiles1 I see in your activity#1 that you want to exercise more but not just walking. You’ll remember my mum made it to 92 and kept active to the end. She used to lie in bed in the morning, turn down the covers and do leg raises, and arm raises. I keep telling myself I’m going to start toilet squats, I spend lots…

We’ve had a great day today. Walked 5 miles on the local hilly estate pushing Anne in her wheelchair because she couldn’t walk the distance. I’m tired but so happy we could share the sunshine and the scenery. Earlier this year I wouldn’t have managed to the local shop on the flat

Sorry folks I’ve been sorting out lots of bits and pieces so I can plan a strategy to set a goal and stick to it, so tracking, exercise and attention to calories has gone awall. I’m expecting tomorrow’s weigh to be horrendous but from midnight today Saturday into Sunday I’m back to business.

Weigh in Sunday Pw 152 last week should have been 154, 11st but I can’t count Cw 151

Not making my food and exercise goals today, because I skipped exercise as my back was telling me not to, so decided to make today my total fail day and have a cheat cake and only have one fail day.
