  • I don't have to unzip my jeans to take them off. I'm hoping that they will continue to last for a bit longer though.
  • April 6: 258.4 April 13: 256.8 Aprl 20: 253.4 Getting there! I don't think I'll reach my monthly goal, but it was too ambitious, anyway. (250) But I might reach it by the first weekend of May!
  • Change takes time, patience, and effort. Just focus on doing a little bit every day. Track your meals, go for a walk around the block, whatever you find achievable. Just commit to doing that, and change will happen. You can do this!
  • This week was a bit harder than last week. I'm still figuring out how to log certain things, and how to cut back on Hello Fresh servings, but there's still progress. April 6: 258.4 April 13: 256.8 This week I'm going to be more conservative in guessing when I need to.

  • Good luck! I'm with you, except I gained back ALL the weight I lost. It's all a process!
  • You can do it! Good luck on your journey.
  • Good luck! Just keep moving forward!
  • Congratulations! That's awesome! I, per my doctor's instructions (and this worked last time, too), am focused on adding more fiber. That naturally reduces sugar, I find. But it involves carbs. My steady rise back up to where I am now has followed my relationship with my husband. :D I picked up all his bad habits, and the…
