Doing a 3 month lean bulk/cut cycle, I'm around day 30 out of 60 of the bulk portion and I hit 100lb for 8 reps on back squat!! (I weight 115). My next mini goal is to be 120lb at 18% body fat by the end of this cycle, and I've already seen a lot of growth!

During a bulk my macro split is 45% carbs/30% fat/25% protein, during a cut I go 40/30/30, but play around with it, see what works for you
