I need to lose, too! I’m using this for accountability and tracking. I amped my workout today and then ate too much. Ugh! I’m not sure why I’m sabotaging myself. Tomorrow’s another day and that’s what I need to focus on. Each day is a new chance to do a little better than the day before.

I’m going to commit to posting my strength training workouts to keep myself motivated. I have 12 lbs to lose and I’m trying to get back into my 3 day/week strength training routine for ski conditioning. I also walk and do cardio 2x/week.
