Hi Sara. I am Sam as in Samantha. I am 57 and mother of two that have moved out. I gained 15 pounds on a cruise. That pushed me to lose weight. My boyfriend and I are losing weight together. Since Feb 1 of this year, I have lost 26 pounds. I have 49 more to lose.
