Also, I do have an iPhone, once a recipe has been created. Is there a way to go back in and see the recipe or tweak ingredients?

I must be missing it because I don’t see where I can type in anything. Also I am thinking something that goes on my daily log. Still new to the app so any help is appreciated!

There are calculators for how much protein to consume. Too much protein and the excess is more than likely stored as fat, though can go towards energy. Just google it. I took a class this morning with a nutritionist and there is a way to adjust your macros to work for you.
