I'm trying to do weights/ bodyweight stuff 2x a week, which will probably be Tuesdays and Saturdays. Today was the first of that routine. Got a new scale that's far more accurate, so while the difference looks pretty big idk if my initial weigh-in a week ago was entirely correct: SW: 210 CW: 204 GW: 150 As long as I'm getting closer to my goal, I'm happy!

Hi all. Just getting back into a fitness regime this week. Weighed myself this morning and was surprised to see that the number was higher than I've been at, so obviously I need to make some changes.
