I use protein powder in smoothies, overnight or baked oats, when making pancakes or waffles, muffins... Maybe oreo flavour won't go with everything though haha Vanilla is more versatile for that.

All last week was so good for jogging ! Since I posted my last NSV, I reached the bridge without walking EVERY DAY !! The way back is not as glorious though :D But some days were very good and I could run back a good portion of it !
