  • Sometimes it's not only about calories, you've to sleep well and working hard also three weeks it's that longe period tha you can see a big difference, I mean in my experience of bulking I started seeing the deferences after 6 months or 7
  • If your is gaining weight and working out , you need to eat more calories then your daily intake, for example if your daily intake of calories is 2000 so you need to eat about 2300 to 2500 to gain more weight
