  • Apple1/2, banana 1/2, kiwi whole, ginger (knob), turmeric (teaspoon), spinach (handful, kale (handful), frozen berries 1/2 cup, lemon 1 quarter squeezed, if you want to add protein to make it more filling (110 odd calories). Put all in the Nutri ninja and blend. Breakfast !
