  • Well something doesn't sound right. 20lbs of weight gain (assuming it' fat) is huge. I don't know what Joe Wicks plan is, but you should have been more in tune with what you were eating during that time. Again, it is about 85% diet and 15% exercise. Exercise is important, but diet is WAY more important. Good luck.
  • Just know, its more about your diet than it is exercise. Understanding the human body might help. If you eat foods with high carbs/sugar, you will spike insulin which is as a fat storing hormone. Check your diet and try to figure out why you gained 20lbs. Good luck to you.
