I have found this to be true for me also. If I eat salads and limit carbs I lose weight! Of course I'm trying to stay under 1200 calories to boot but still if I don't watch carbs, I do not lose weight. I am looking forward to the day when I can eat sensible carbs but until then I limit them a lot. I'm down 40 pounds so far…

I plan this time to toss them as I reduce. I might - might keep one of my biggest pair but the rest are history. I'm not planning on getting back to where I started - ever.

I almost didn't put mine here yall have done so amazingly good! I just started after trying this app a long time ago. I came back to it and in combination with Mounjarno just started my journey to a healthier me. I will either do it this time or I am done trying. I feel very confident though :) I am on day 12!
