I am trying so hard to avoid Chicken beef and pork, but my partner is a diehard meat eater. And I’m having trouble getting enough protein in. I aim for at least 100 grams a day. How do you do it?

Hello Yvonne, I’ve tried to lose the last 10 lbs for 40 plus years. I am also 71 and my set point that I can’t seem to lose from is 150. I have a question, I used to be heavy into lifting, had to quit for a few years d/t arthritis. Back at it now but way way lighter and only 3 days a week. I’m only taking in 1200- 1400 cal a day. Sticking to my macros and can’t get below 150 lbs. I’m 5’5. What could be going on? I’m only able to do 20-30 mins of weights or…
