I have wanted to lose weight for a while, but what finally motivated me was having a child. Now, I want to improve overall fitness so I can be there for my child the best way possible for as long as possible. Losing weight for me means better long-term joint health and hopefully more energy.

Hello! I have used this app off and on over quite a few years, but never for very long. However, this is the first time I've been dedicated to improving my overall health so I'm planning to use this app regularly for at least the next few months. My goal is to improve overall fitness and lose 30-50 pounds.
