It's just a dress but it was my sister's dress. For years, I used to borrow her clothes when I had a need. Then I gained weight and she got sick and lost weight. After a long struggle she died last March. My heart is broken and I miss her. I have this dress hanging in my closet. Someday I'd like to wear it and wrap myself up in her sense of style.

  • @camandjarvis - I had frozen shoulder in my early 50s - or adhesive capsulitis. It's most common in women in 40s - 50s. I couldn't even lift my arm. Treatment for me was therapy which was painful but now it's gone. It was one of the few injuries that no longer reminds me of its past. Good luck.

  • @deepwoodslady - I really like the graph visual. It does show how the ups affect the progress. I've had some stalling lately so this is helpful to keep this in mind. For me, social eating is my problem area. Something to work on. I don't expect to be perfect when I am celebrating but I could do better.
