I hope it will keep me motivated! Sometimes I start of like a rocket and then after a month or two I start finding excuses to sit and to quit. And then this dress too will end up in the wardrobe. I have so many clothes, but I hope to get inte to smaller ones and to recycle larger sizes along the way!

I found a really lovely dress from French brand Busnel. It was soooo nice I just had to buy it even tho it is in size EU38M / US6. It was too small when i bought it. I bought a skirt a few years ago when I was feeling "on track" on a summer sale. That summer I didn't had time to wear it. Then it hasn't got on me. But today it did and I love it. Perhaps I should go through my "to fat for this"-box and see what else gets on?

Another think I can recommend is to say something like "I can't see that beneficial" or "I don't like it" if you remove things like mayonnaise or sauce or whipped cream from a normal food to get the kcal down.

I don't tell others that I'm on a diet because I want my diet to have room for a normal life for the rest of my life. So I try to form my diet so that I can handle all situations in normal life. I guess that by definition is not a diet then? Just keeping track of what I choose to eat and try to do healthy options?

Statistically you are not wrong, about 80% get back to the starting weight and then some more.
