45 year old perimenopausical 😅therapist. Had bariatric surgery back in 2022 and chose the road of not being skinny fat. I feel this is the most muscle I’ve had ever but sometimes my energy is depleeeeeeted after a full workday. Still trying to get rid of that middle belly budge don’t mind the faces lol
