  • One study I read about they gave people some outrageous amount of raw foods (vegs + fruit) to eat daily - I seem to recall 15 pounds (or was it 15 kilos?) , and said they could as much as they want but had to finish off the raw food first, and then they could eat anything.   • Are you tracking the nutrition categories on the app? Some consequences are not well known, I am still learning. E.g. some types of fat intake needed for brain health and can affect mental health.
  • Mild weight training can help adjust your metabolism if you do it right. I don't know how to do it right but there are lots of advice online good and bad.
