I am 5’2 and weigh 59kg, work out and swim 3/4 times per week but not seeing a big defence on the scale x

Hi there 😊 Try making more healthy choices when selecting your sugar content and also adding more protein to your diet. I am not a doctor but sounds like you are not fuelling your body properly and this is making you feel this way. You say you’re active, how much are you working out ? Jenny x
