I run on the treadmill too - I listen to a series of podcasts. Think of myself multi-tasking - taking in some good news/ current affairs while getting my run in. I hear treadmill is easier than outside but I'm finding it tough as it is; will work myself up to 2% incline soon. ;-) Starting week 4 tomorrow - wish me luck...…

Yes, do add me too. I'm in London. Would love to have more MFP friends.

Thanks everyone. I wore it today to the gym for crosstrainer, treadmill and bike and it was just fine. I tucked it into my bra. I think it might be more turning and movement type actions that are the problem. I shall try again and see what happens.

I am a 34H (I love my breasts but not the buying bras for them part!) - I use the sports bras at Bravissimo and they are good: http://www.bravissimo.com/products/lingerie/sports-bras/#/1?show=16&sort=1 I find it's important to jog on the spot with them on to check whether they do their job.

Of course it's appropriate - and as far as I'm concerned. what you look like under the sports bra doesn't matter. I don't agree with some of the commenters who say only women with toned stomachs should wear just the bra. Wear what you are comfortable with and what contributes positively to your workout. You are at the gym…

I had massive issues keeping to 1,200 when I first started and still often don't. I try to make sure it averages out over the week. I would recommend lots of water. Examples of filling and calorific food that work for me are salad (without dressing) and soup.

Perhaps spend twice as long stretching? I always stretch halfway through and again at the end - note a real difference the next day when I do/ don't...

I'm vegetarian too - have been my whole life. I'm on the road to veganism (have switched to soy milk and butter and don't really eat cheese - just need to find a easy cook substitute for boiled eggs)

- I allow myself to drink one alcoholic drink per 2lb lost. I think cutting out alcohol as much as possible is one of the best ways to lose weight. This means that not only do I not drink as much but it also feels good earning drinks by losing weight. - When I get to 175lb, I'm going to treat myself to a spa day (can't…

I'm so sorry that you're not feeling well and that eating makes you feel sick. I would say eat as much as you can - perhaps if you make up high calorie shakes and sip them slowly, that might help getting towards 1,200 calories? Have you spoken to your doctor about this? It might be best to get a medical opinion. If you're…

I log everything - except when I have peppermint tea (don't think this has any calories and I don't log this as water either)

I'm from Teesside, live in London. Good to meet some people in the UK on here - seems like a lot of Americans (who are great - it's just good to have people in the same time zone!)

I think I'd aim at the Olympic one. A couple of years, I was doing the equivalent of the sprint I think (in the gym using the bike, treadmill and pool) - although I'm not sure that counts! How much does the training vary depending on the distance?
