I use a pea protein isolate, eggs and chicken for most of my protein. I also use HMB, AAKG, Creatine, and a couple of other aminos a few of times a day. They taste like garbage but they seem to work well. I have gained a lot of muscle. Talk to your doc, though or do a little research to see if they are right for you. But…
